the CAC has prepared an updated version of the UDPR platform. The platform not only changed its design but was also developed to be more secure and user-friendly for you.
Therefore, if you wish to start a new dispute, please log in on https://udrp.adr.eu (you may use your current login details) and create a new dispute.
If you started a dispute before Saturday 20th August 2022 (2022-08-20) the proceeding will continue on this platform. You may log in and continue your work as usual.

Record year in UDRP case load
The year 2020 was challenging in all aspects of our lives. Despite the pandemics, the UDRP services stayed functional during the lockdowns and other obstacles. That was mainly because the whole proceeding takes place online via this platform!

CAC Panelist meeting 2019
The Czech Arbitration Court ("CAC") is organising a Panelist meeting for UDRP, .EU and .CZ Panelists and Experts. The meeting will take place at the Kaiserstein Palace, Prague, on 23rd September 2019. Please find enclosed programme for more information. The presentations will focus on current problematic topics and the CAC hopes that the discussion to this topics will be helpful in its further activities.
The new security policy
There have been a few minor changes to increase the security of our online platforms. Because of these adjustments, you may need to set up new login information in accordance with the new security policy.

Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data
Please note that as The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes full effect since 25 May 2018 across the EU countries, ICANN releases the Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data establishing temporary requirements to allow ICANN and gTLD registry operators and registrars to continue to comply with existing rules in light of the GDPR. The Temporary specification states, regarding UDRP, besides other, in Apendix E article 1.2 that: „Complainant's complaint will not be deemed defective for failure to provide the name of the Respondent (Registered Name Holder) and all other relevant contact information required by Section 3 o the UDRP Rules if such contact information of the Respondent is not available in registration data publicly available in RDDS or not otherwise known to Complainant. In such an event, Complainant may file a "Doe" complaint and the Provider shall provide the relevant contact details of the Registered Name Holder after being presented with a "Doe" complaint.“
